CEMEX S.A.B. de C.V. is a Mexican multinational building materials company headquartered in San Pedro, near Monterrey, Mexico. Founded in 1906, CEMEX is one of the world's largest cement and ready-mix concrete producers, operating in more than 50 countries across the Americas, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. The company's executive aviation operations are based out of Monterrey International Airport (MMMY).

CEMEX has historically operated a corporate flight department and, in the early 2000s, partnered with Execujet to establish an aircraft management operation in Monterrey. The company's executives frequently travel to key destinations including Mexico City (MMMX) for government and business meetings, Houston (KIAH) for Americas operations, and European hubs such as London (EGLL) and Paris (LFPG) for international business. CEMEX also maintains significant operations in Spain (LEMG/Málaga area). Executive travel supports the company's decentralized global management structure.
