Do you want to use your sales skills to do something more meaningful? We are looking for a Cemetery Sales Specialist to join our team for pre-need sales, as well as at-need cemetery sales.

Responsibilities

• Focus on consultative sales to meet the funeral needs of the families
• Control the success of your sales, with a supportive team behind you
• Have a chance to express your faith and join an organization with aligned values
• Experience a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Possessing prospecting experience is a plus
• Valid Driver’s License is required
• Bilingual is a plus
• 2-4 years performance-based sales experience is preferred
• Positive and supportive attitude working in a Catholic environment
• Good computer and organizational skills
• Self-motivated to put in the work

Benefits

• Hourly: $16.80 + Commission
• Uncapped commission
• Full benefits package
