Cemetery Equipment Worker

About the role

As a Cemetery Equipment Worker, you will operate various machinery to maintain and care for cemetery grounds. This includes mowing, sweeping, and other maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cemetery grounds by operating lawn mowers, sweepers, and other equipment.
• Ensure all equipment is in good working order and report any issues to supervisors.
• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on equipment operation and safety procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid California driver’s license.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience operating heavy machinery is preferred but not required.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour.
