About the role
The Terminal Manager oversees daily operations of cement terminals, ensuring safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage personnel, logistics, inventory, and shipments
- Maintain high service quality
- Develop and manage budgets
- Implement training programs
- Manage safety standards and ensure compliance
- Coordinate logistics and equipment maintenance
- Foster teamwork and operational excellence
Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in terminal management or operations
- Strong leadership and mechanical/control skills
- Proficiency in computer tools such as Word, Excel, and SAP (preferred)
- Must pass pre-employment physicals, drug tests, and background checks
Qualifications
- BS degree preferred
