Cellar Worker - BKON LLC

Key Responsibilities

• Work in a high-paced environment
• Grind coffee beans
• Filter and package coffee concentrate
• Operate a variety of equipment including a centrifuge and reverse osmosis system
• Absorb and assist with brewing and other tasks as needed
• Clean-in-place (CIP) tanks and equipment

Required Skills/Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a brewery, food/beverage manufacturing facility, or similar (preferred)
• Some knowledge of CIP and COP procedures
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
