Cell Therapy Specialist

About the role

Join a team dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience for cell therapy treatment sites and patients. The Cell Therapy Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for assigned treatment sites, supporting the end-to-end order management process from therapy request through delivery. This role combines customer service, logistics coordination, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration to help ensure successful patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete therapy ordering process for assigned treatment sites.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact for questions regarding ordering, logistics, and delivery.
  • Resolve complex order issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Proactively monitor orders and communicate potential risks or delays to treatment sites.
  • Partner with internal teams across supply chain, manufacturing, finance, IT, patient services, and medical affairs.
  • Assist with onboarding and certification support for new treatment sites.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Deliver a high-touch, professional, and empathetic customer experience throughout the therapy journey.

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor's degree.
  • Required: 3+ years of experience within the healthcare industry.
  • Required: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Required: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Required: Proven problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Required: Experience working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Preferred: Experience in one or more of the following areas: Oncology, CAR-T, Cell Therapy, or Gene Therapy, Clinical Trial Coordination, Treatment Site Management, Customer Service or Contact Center Operations, Supply Chain or Manufacturing, Trade, Finance, or Order Management, Academic Medical Centers or Large Treatment Sites.
