Cell Operator - 1st Shift

This reliable, self-starting individual will join the operations team, assembling and testing valves and/or valve components using assembly machinery or jigs and fixtures. The position reports to the Production Supervisor and is based in Franklin, NH.
Schedule
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, with overtime as needed.
Responsibilities
- Follow prescribed A.T.I.’s (Assemble Test Instructions) to maintain excellent quality standards.
- Test and/or package valves and components in individual boxes and master cartons, marking them with proper identification labels and instructional materials.
- Complete recaps, production records, and quality control documents.
- Perform continuous, repetitive assembly of valves and/or subparts.
- Maintain routine housekeeping to ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards.
- Report any quality or safety concerns immediately.
- Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor or Company management.
Requirements
- Manual dexterity.
- Detail-oriented.
- Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices.
- Must successfully establish employment eligibility and complete background checks and required pre-employment testing.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to read and write English.

Working Conditions
This is an on-site role in a manufacturing facility at Watts’ Franklin, NH location. Scheduled work hours will be communicated by your manager.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to push and pull up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to physically move around the manufacturing floor.
- Ability to read documents and communicate clearly with management and coworkers.
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment, including safety shoes, hearing protection, and safety glasses.
