About the role

As our 3rd Shift Cell Leader, you will lead, inspire, and coordinate a dedicated team to smash production targets, uphold world-class quality standards, and ensure our customers receive nothing but the best.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with your team, foster a culture of leadership, and mentor Shift Leaders to help them reach their full potential
• Review production reports, resolve operational hurdles, and optimize machine utilization to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently
• Track overtime, manage inventory, and ensure accurate payroll to maintain seamless operations
• Tackle high-level MRP inventory issues and resolve manufacturing or maintenance challenges before they become delays
• Inspect equipment, plan production sequences, and guarantee that every product meets rigorous quality standards
• Complete change-of-shift rounds and inspect machines to ensure peak performance

• Proven ability to motivate a team, address performance with care, and build a positive, energetic work environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on improving processes and reducing costs
• Detail-oriented with precision in maintaining production data, managing materials, and ensuring task accuracy
• Hands-on leadership approach—willing to be actively involved in operations
• Ability to suggest new plans to motivate workers and improve manufacturing excellence
