About the role

Neel-Schaffer is an Engineering News-Record Top 250 engineering firm located in Starkville or Columbus, MS. We are seeking a CEI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in managing a wide variety of construction-related projects, primarily general civil site design or transportation systems.

Responsibilities

- Manage a wide variety of construction-related projects. - Lead and manage construction staff. - Provide strong verbal communication and analytical skills. - Utilize proficiency in Microsoft Office products. - Work on MDOT or MDOT LPA Projects. - Possess a valid driver’s license.

Requirements

- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, required. - Licensed Professional Civil Engineer, preferred or ability to obtain your PE within 4 years. - 3+ years of construction experience. - Strong verbal communication and analytical skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. - Experience working on MDOT or MDOT LPA Projects required. - Valid driver’s license.
