Duties
- Prepare beverages
- Process orders and payment transactions
- Engage guests
- Cook and serve food
- Coordinate service for assigned area(s)
Requirements
- High school diploma (or GED)
- Additional training/certification(s) preferred
- Ability to obtain TIPS, ALE and other related training required
- Minimum of six (6) months experience bartending, preferably in an upscale or fine dining environment
- Must be 21 years of age or older
Physical Requirements
- Lift, carry, push, and pull 25-50 pounds
- Lift and carry 25-50 pounds on a large serving tray, above shoulder level, with one hand
- Lift and carry 25 pounds on a small cocktail tray, with one hand
- Endure various physical movements throughout work areas and over duration of work shift
- Work in an environment that may include variable temperature conditions and noise levels
- Outdoor environments
- Exposure to fumes, dust, and chemicals
