Job Description
The Ceded Finance Analyst – Reporting (CRM) role contributes to AXIS Capital's success by advancing growth and profitability through strategic reinsurance strategy implementation, ensuring accurate reinsurance reporting, and driving process excellence.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent
- 1-5 years’ experience in reinsurance reporting
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Advanced Excel knowledge required
- Internationally recognized qualification pursuit or equivalent experience (CPA, CA, ARe, CPCU) a plus
- Retrocession and/or third-party capital industry knowledge with operations and reporting experience a plus
- Experience with ceded reinsurance and financial systems a plus (ProCede and Oracle/SmartView)

- Base salary range: $65,000 - 75,000 (Alpharetta), $45,000 - 55,000 CAD (Halifax)
