About the role
We are seeking an experienced Reporting Analyst to support healthcare reporting initiatives by analyzing healthcare claims data, developing employer reporting solutions, and delivering actionable insights to business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong reporting analytics experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business recommendations. Candidates with CedarGate Reporting Analytics experience will receive top priority.
Location: Baltimore, MD (Hybrid, approximately 2-3 onsite visits per month)
Duration: 12-Month Contract-to-Hire
Responsibilities
- Analyze healthcare claims data to develop employer reporting solutions.
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports.
- Translate complex data into meaningful business recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Healthcare, or a related field. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, 4 additional years of relevant experience may be considered.
- 3+ years of CedarGate Reporting Analytics experience.
- Experience with healthcare employer reporting and analytics.
- Strong experience working with healthcare claims data.
- Proven background in reporting analysis, data interpretation, and dashboard/report development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications
- Experience presenting analytical findings to business stakeholders and leadership.
- Ability to develop ROI analyses and business performance metrics.
- Strong understanding of healthcare reporting and employer analytics.
- Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) certification is a plus.
