CDSClear IT Site Reliability Engineer

Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities

Proactively builds and applies applicable domain knowledge that may relate to efficient workflows, timely data pipelines, business policies, configurations and constraints.

Handles essential processes, drives remediation and automation while ensuring high quality standards are met.

Holds responsibility for performance through execution, completion and tracking of Application Management services, driving continuous service improvement plans when necessary and identifying structural improvements where required.

Tracks spend to ensure cost-effective delivery within budget.

Qualifications & Experience

• Developed experience leading one or more technical teams.
• Demonstrated experience operating and managing service operations in a relevant technology domain.
• Significant experience in ops, support and change in a business critical / regulated environment.
• Extensive experience with monitoring tools (e.g. DataDog, ITRS etc.).
• Significant experience supporting the specific product / application in use.
• Significant experience in application management.
