CDS Full Time Event Manager - Product Demonstration

CDS (Club Demonstration Services) is seeking a full‑time Event Manager to recruit, hire, and supervise in‑store Product Demonstrators, oversee product preparation and presentation, provide training, and ensure excellent service for Club members. The role involves coordinating with warehouse managers, vendors, and demonstrators, and participating in new location grand openings.

Schedule

Set schedule of Tuesday‑Saturday from 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (may vary based on needs).

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and hire part‑time staff.
• Oversee product preparation and presentation, including food safety and sanitation.
• Train Product Demonstrators in demonstration preparation and excellent customer service.
• Communicate between multiple managers, vendors, and demonstrators.
• Participate in new location grand openings as required.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• Two to four years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead well‑performing teams.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment.
• Able to coach and counsel employees and take appropriate measures as needed.
• Flexibility and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
