Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the Services provided by NEOGOV, including job postings and applicant tracking systems.
• Resolve user issues and provide support through various channels.
• Maintain user accounts and ensure smooth operations of the Services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT support or customer service.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with web development tools.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Experience with CRM systems and HRIS platforms is a plus.
