CDLA Shuttle Driver

About the Role

Responsible for safely transporting trailers and freight between facilities and customer yards within the region, supporting the company's large-scale food distribution network.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Adhere to all DOT and safety standards set by the organization.
• Manage logs and complete basic paperwork accurately.
• Coordinate with dispatch to maintain on-time shuttle schedules.
• Interact with operations teams and occasionally with customers.

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to efficiently coordinate and communicate with team members.
