Pay: $27.50 per hour
Shift: 3 - 12 shift! Friday - Sunday from 12 PM - 12:30 AM. Hours subject to change depending on the needs of the business.

The Responsibilities

• Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment as outlined in the Company Safety Program
• Properly pre-trip and inspect each trailer to meet DOT compliance standards
• Correctly position trailers on the dock using a yard switcher tractor
• Switching trailers as needed during the daily sort; hook up sets of trailers for line hauls leaving the facility
• Clearly communicate trailer moves and numbers with operations management

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of both
• Minimum 1-year driving experience, preferably with trailers or towed machinery
• Class A CDL
• Must successfully complete all pre-employment screenings and background checks
• Must be at least 18 years old, possess a clean driving record, valid identification and be able to pass a TSA screening
• Must be able to provide a 5-year to 10-year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required for understanding safety and operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment
