CDL Truck Driver/ Owner Operator

About the role

We are seeking Company Drivers or Owner Operators to handle dedicated lanes within our freight transportation network. This position offers steady, long-term partnerships with consistent routes and opportunities for work 5-6 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Operate a reliable, well-maintained fleet of trucks in accordance with company standards.
• Drive steady, dedicated lanes, covering weekly distances of over 3000 miles.
• Maintain strong communication with operational support teams.
• Adhere to safety and compliance regulations.
• Deliver freight efficiently on consistent routes.
• Utilize fuel cards and adhere to fuel surcharge protocols.

Requirements

• Valid CDL license.
• Reliable fleet of trucks in good condition (for Owner Operators).
• Experience with dedicated lane routes preferred.
• Strong communication skills and operational support readiness.

Pay

Pay rate of $1.72 - $1.75 per mile, competitive with or above current industry standards.
