CDL - Truck Driver
About the role
Richards Building Supply Co. is currently searching for a CDL Class B Driver for their Champaign, IL location. The ideal candidate must have either a CDL Class A or CDL Class B license with an Air Brake endorsement. Prior experience with Moffett and/or knuckleboom cranes or cranes (OSHA certified) is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Safely deliver products to job sites
- Physically unload materials as per customer requests
- Receive materials in the warehouse
- Load trucks with scheduled day’s deliveries
- Process inventory
Requirements
- 1 year CDL Class B driving experience or 2 years CDL Class A driving experience
- Moffett and/or knuckleboom operating experience strongly preferred
- Clean driving record
- Must be at least 23 years old
- Must be able to lift 50-100 lbs. of material throughout the day
- Must pass background check and pre-employment DOT drug screen
Qualifications
- CDL Class B with Air Brake Endorsement or CDL Class A driver’s license
- Moffett and/or knuckleboom operating experience strongly preferred
- Crane (OSHA Certified) experience highly desired
- Ability to drive a manual transmission
- Current DOT medical card
- Clean driving record
