CDL Production Shuttle Driver (4-Day Workweek) - 2nd Shift

Cintas is seeking a CDL Production Shuttle Driver to support the Rental Division. This role involves transporting clean items from a processing plant to a branch location and soiled products from a branch location to a processing plant daily.

Responsibilities

• Accurately transport clean and soiled items between processing plants and branch locations using a truck.
• Load and unload clean and soiled items from the truck, with assistance from other employees.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area.
• Meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work.
• Adhere to attendance policy and work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.
• Handle materials that may be soiled or have pungent odors, using appropriate protective equipment.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must hold a commercial driver’s license (CDL).
• Must have a valid DOT physical certificate.
• Requires physical activity, including stretching, bending, squatting, stooping, turning, or reaching.
• Requires lifting or moving materials during the shift.
• Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.

Pay

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $20.00 - $27.50 per hour. The range accounts for skill sets, experience, training, and business needs. Compensation decisions depend on individual circumstances.
