CDL Lube Driver

Safety and Compliance

• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, including the proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain a bulk lube delivery truck to transport and deliver lubricants to various client locations.
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to meet customer demands and delivery schedules.
• Load and unload bulk lubricants using appropriate equipment and follow established safety protocols.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the proper functioning of the delivery vehicle.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date delivery records, including quantities delivered, locations, and customer signatures.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally during delivery stops.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate delivery schedules and optimize routes for efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery truck, ensuring it is stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years verifiable driving experience.
• Minimum 3 years tanker experience.
• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks and operate delivery equipment.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations.

Relocation and Travel

• This position is not eligible for relocation.
• Travel Requirements: Local and Regional Areas. Availability to travel for disaster response, a plus.
