CDL Instructor - Part Time

This job is perfect for someone who is retired or wants an extra income stream to share the knowledge they gained while in the trucking business with students who need a CDL license.

Responsibilities

• Train students in all areas of trucking/driving
• Administer written tests on classroom material and evaluate grades
• Conduct pre-trip inspections
• Conduct maneuvering range instruction
• Demonstrate physical ability to perform duties for over-the-road training
• Conduct in-classroom lessons

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Possess a valid CDL Class A license
• Minimum of three years of Class A driving experience
• Excellent driving record and background
• Computer skills

Pay

$35.00 per hour
