CDL Front Load Driver

About the role

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial front‑load trucks along established local commercial and multi‑family residential routes.
• Operate hydraulic controls to collect waste/recyclables, maneuver container enclosures, and safely dump 3–4 yard containers.
• Perform routine pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections to ensure equipment meets safety standards.
• Interact with customers, providing friendly service while servicing local businesses.

Requirements

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.
• 1+ years of commercial truck driving experience (Front End/Front Load experience preferred) OR a completed CDL school certification.
• Ability to safely maneuver trucks into tight clearance spaces using mirrors and backing skills.
• Ability to repetitively lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and perform routine physical tasks (opening corral gates, rolling castored cans).
• Strong commitment to safety regulations and DOT compliance.

Pay

Starting at $25.00/hour with room to grow.
