Key Responsibilities
- Deliver plants, hardgoods, and equipment between yards and job sites
- Safely operate trucks and trailers, including tight urban/downtown conditions
- Load, secure, and unload materials
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and basic upkeep
- Support facility projects: fencing, drainage, furniture assembly, yard organization, general outdoor work
- Operate skid steers and other equipment (training available)
- Afford assistance with snow removal in winter
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license, clean record
- Ability to drive large trucks and trailers safely
- Strong safety focus—non-negotiable
- Self-starter; works independently
- Able to perform physical outdoor work year-round
Preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Landscape, construction, or equipment experience
- CDL Required within 6 months (not required at hire)
