CDL Driver (Year Round)

About the role

EverGRO is seeking a Full‑Time CDL Driver in Orange to join its customer‑centric team in the agriculture industry. The position offers local routes with home daily, a supportive and flexible environment, and incentives for obtaining or holding HAZMAT, tanker, or other endorsements. Drivers receive bi‑weekly incentives based on delivery performance and will be part of a company with a cooperative heritage dating back to 1933, operating in Agronomy, Energy, Animal Health, and Farm Supplies.

Responsibilities

• Transport essential items such as propane, refined fuels, lubricants, heating oils, and related products for the Energy division.
• Assist the Agronomy division by applying various products to customers’ fields and pastures to support crop and land health.
• Support bulk material transportation to and from locations as needed.
• Maintain safety and compliance standards on all deliveries.

Requirements

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), Class A or Class B.
• Strong organizational skills for managing transportation and product application.
• Proficiency with basic software or tools to track deliveries and manage inventory.
• Excellent communication skills for positive customer interactions.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude.
• Willingness to work overtime and/or Saturdays during peak seasonal needs.

Pay

Hourly rate: $20 – $28 per hour, with bi‑weekly performance‑based incentives.

Schedule

Full‑time, year‑round position with local routes that allow drivers to return home daily. Overtime and Saturday work may be required during peak seasonal periods.
