CDL Driver - Water Transfer

About the role

Select Water Solutions’ Water Transfer CDL Driver is responsible for safely operating a truck with a capacity of at least 26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight. The role includes building loads for deliveries, maintaining a safe, clean, and well‑organized work environment, loading and unloading oilfield equipment, and ensuring quality control and safe operations throughout all aspects of the job. The position also involves adhering to Select’s guiding principles of Working Safe, Accountability, Teamwork, Excellence, and Respect.

Responsibilities

• Transport equipment to and from customer locations using medium‑duty flatbed trucks and semi‑tractors.
• Perform load‑outs of equipment at the yard.
• Conduct repetitive heavy lifting.
• Rig up and rig down entire jobs, including equipment, unloading, and positioning equipment on location.
• Maintain a DOT electronic log and paper Bill of Ladings.
• Responsible for vehicle maintenance on all Well Testing company trucks.
• Ensure trucks have proper and current inspections.
• Comply with all D.O.T. requirements.
• Ensure quality control and safe operations during all aspects of the operation.
• Build loads for deliveries and maintain a safe, clean, and well‑organized work environment.
• Load and unload oilfield equipment.

Requirements

• Must be over 21 years of age.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be eligible to drive a company vehicle according to Select’s insurance guidelines.
• Energy service experience helpful.
• Exhibit ability to be a strong team player.
• Possess excellent written and verbal skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in an environment of constantly changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and carry out work assignments to the highest quality level.
