CDL Driver Trainer

Responsibilities

• Lead safe and efficient delivery training for wholesale foodservice operations through classroom instruction, ride-alongs, and hands-on coaching for CDL drivers.
• Reinforce DOT and company safety standards, evaluate driver skills, support onboarding processes, and collaborate with operations to enhance performance and minimize incidents.

Qualifications & Skills

• Knowledge of safety regulations, strong coaching abilities, and experience in driver training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and evaluate drivers.

Key Duties

• Ensure drivers are well-trained in safety protocols, support skill development, and promote a safety-first culture.
• Partner with operations to identify improvement opportunities and foster a team-oriented environment.
