CDL Driver/Shop Support

Position Summary

This position is responsible for transporting equipment and materials to job sites while also supporting daily shop and warehouse operations. The right person will help keep our shop running efficiently, organized, and safe.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver equipment, tools, and materials to job sites
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional shop and warehouse environment
• Auxiliary tasks include assisting with loading, unloading, and staging materials for jobs
• Pull parts and materials based on direction from the service team
• Stock and restock inventory as needed
• Inspect tools and equipment returned from jobs to ensure they are safe and operational
• Maintain tool and equipment sign-in/sign-out logs
• Auxiliary tasks include assisting with routine maintenance and basic upkeep of company vehicles, including recordkeeping
• Support building and grounds maintenance to keep facilities presentable
• Auxiliary tasks include assisting the Aftermarket Support / Parts Department as needed

Job Benefits

• Salary Range: $35+/hour DOE
• 401(k) Plan with 100% vested, 4% Safe Harbor Match: First 3% of deferral matched 100% and the second 2% of deferral is matched at 50% for a total available match of 4%

Additional Requirements

• Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar systems)
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
