About the role

The Nebraska Division of Dustrol Inc., a Milling and Hot-In-Place Recycling contractor that is 100% Employee Owned, is seeking a full-time Equipment Operator.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles safely and efficiently
• Operate heavy machinery and equipment
• Perform routine maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment
• Load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Handle hazardous materials safely
• Work outside in varying weather conditions
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Requirements

• Commercial Class A driver’s license preferred
• Commercial Class B driver’s license minimum
• Tanker endorsement (if applicable)
• Able to pass a drug screen
• At least 18 years old
• Physical ability to perform the job duties

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy machinery and equipment
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures

Schedule

50 to 80 hours/week during summertime; average hours per week 50; available overtime; travel required.
