CDL Driver - Local

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A valid CDL Class B License without air brake restriction is also required. Additionally, candidates must maintain a current and valid driver's license, meet PODS Driver Qualification Standards, and be at least 21 years of age. A valid Medical Examiner's Certificate or the ability to obtain a minimum of a 1-year certification is necessary. Hands-on experience with electronic equipment and software is preferred, as well as math skills sufficient to perform required duties. An equivalent combination of education, training, or experience may also be considered. Candidates must be able to attend a required 2-week New Hire Driver Training Program.

Pay

The pay rate for this position is between $22.50 and $23.00 per hour. Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our company's size and industry and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes incentives, benefits, and other opportunities at PODS. Individual pay decisions are ultimately based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity.
