CDL Driver / Intake Specialist - PM Shift
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, detail-driven Intake Specialist to ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient intake of milk into our production process. This role is responsible for coordinating and unloading milk trailers, transferring product into proper storage, operating critical control points (CCPs), and conducting quality sampling, all while following strict company and regulatory standards.
Hours & Shift
Hours: 4:00PM-4:00AM
Schedule: 2/2/3
Pay Range: Starting Pay Up to $29.44
Hiring Rate: $26.44$3.00 per hour for night shift (6:00PM - 6:00AM)
$2.25 per hour for weekend shifts (Saturday and Sundays)

Job Details
Physical Demands And Work Conditions: 20-50lbs lifting, Climbing, Humid, Extreme Cold and Extreme Hot Temperatures.
Qualifications
- High School or GED
- Minimum of three (3) years of related work experience and/or training required, preferably in a food manufacturing industry.
- CDL-A license required, or willingness to obtain with employer support after hire.
Skills
Must have a valid CDL-A with an endorsement of N, as this position includes operating a yard horse to move and stage milk trailers, an essential responsibility that supports intake flow, even though it represents a smaller portion of the daily workload.
