What You’ll Do
- Operate all types of Dyno Nobel trucks and specialty equipment to prepare and deliver company explosive products.
- Drive and operate bulk/blend truck in order to prepare and deliver quality products to customer sites.
- Complete appropriate documentation and reports.
- Operate and perform maintenance on trucks, deliver and off load product within Dyno Nobel Health and Safety Management System procedures and practices.
- Calibrate equipment, monitor fuel percentages, and check emulsion density.
- Load and unload trucks, and maintain magazines, sites and inventories.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain safe working conditions.
- Prepare and maintain all records and reports concerning the handling and transportation of explosive products.
What We’re Looking For:
- Class A or B CDL required.
- Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required (or ability to obtain).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
- 12+ months driving experience preferred.
- Must be willing to undergo and pass an ATF background check as required to be a possessor of explosives.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English, and to communicate in writing and verbally.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
