Job Summary
Moving trucks or equipment between store locations. Contractor services include delivering and picking up commercial vehicles throughout Oklahoma and other out-of-state runs. Services may also include other tasks as directed.

Multiple Employer Driver
The Contractor agrees to be a “Multiple Employer Driver” or have the freedom to be one if desired.
Taxes
Contractor acknowledges responsibility for personal, federal, state income and employment taxes and withholdings.

Compensation
Client agrees to pay Contractor for all services rendered as stipulated under the attached driver compensation guidelines. Contractors are paid an agreed upon per mile rate when driving a commercial vehicle or an hourly rate chasing, waiting, riding in or driving a rental car. Reimbursement for all approved expenses at actual cost incurred.
Assignment Terms
- Term: 365 days
- Termination: Either party can terminate with a minimum of two (2) days advance written notice
Driver Responsibilities
Driver ensures compliance with FMCSR regulations for operating a CMV.
Reimbursements
Contractors are assigned a company fuel card that is only to be used when fueling vehicles that they are transporting for Bruckner Truck Sales Inc. Taxes are the responsibility of the contractor.
