CDL Driver - Class B

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a commercial truck with a unique lift mechanism to load and unload PODS containers in residential and business settings.
• Complete local deliveries and pickups while adhering to DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards.
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure safety and maintain clean, inspected equipment.
• Use company-provided handheld devices for navigation, delivery confirmation, and communication.
• Act as our brand ambassador, answering questions, solving placement puzzles, and ensuring containers are clean and presentable.
• Help with storage center functions, forklift operation, and light container maintenance.

Requirements

• A valid CDL license and high school diploma (or equivalent).
• At least 21 years old and able to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• A minimum of 3 months of professional driving experience.
• A safety-first "zero-incident" mindset with no moving violations in the past three years.
• A strong sense of spatial relations, comfortable parking vehicles and negotiating tight residential spaces.
• Physical stamina for climbing in/out of the cab, operating a forklift, and lifting up to 50 lbs. or applying up to 40 lbs. of pressure.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• An understanding of customer needs and a commitment to service excellence.
• Strong basic math skills and clear communication abilities in English.
