About the role
HPM Building Supply in Hilo, Hawaii is seeking to hire a full-time CDL Driver/Truck Driver (Class A) to ensure that our customers get the materials they need. The CDL Driver/Truck Driver is the first to respond when an order is placed and sets the tone for our customers' experience with us.
Pay
The expected pay range for a CDL Driver/Truck Driver with a Class A license in Hilo:
- 5 years or more of professional CDL Class A driving experience: $26.40 to $30.85 per hour
- Less than 5 years of professional CDL Class A driving experience: $23.85 to $27.80 per hour
Requirements
- Class A Drivers License
- Previous commercial driving experience is preferred
- Customer service experience
- Forklift certification or ability to be forklift certified
- Must be able to work in our outdoor warehouse in various weather conditions
- Ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift 50 lbs with or without a reasonable accommodation
