CDL Driver

We are seeking dependable, professional, and experienced CDL Drivers to join our snow removal team. Candidates must have a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety, and will join a company that values safety, reliability, and professional growth.

Requirements

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record
• Drug‑free and able to pass required screenings
• Minimum of 2 seasons of commercial snow plowing experience
• Prior experience operating snow plows, snow blowers, and applying deicing/salting products
• Experience supervising other laborers
• Skilled in training team members on site‑specific needs, safe equipment operation, and safety protocols
• Comfortable navigating between job sites
• Able to communicate and interact professionally with clients and crew members

Position Details

• On‑call availability 24/7 during snow events
• Must be able to work long shifts and extended hours as needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays
