Requirements
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Drug‑free and able to pass required screenings
- Minimum of 2 seasons of commercial snow plowing experience
- Prior experience operating snow plows, snow blowers, and applying deicing/salting products
- Experience supervising other laborers
- Skilled in training team members on site‑specific needs, safe equipment operation, and safety protocols
- Comfortable navigating between job sites
- Able to communicate and interact professionally with clients and crew members
Position Details
- On‑call availability 24/7 during snow events
- Must be able to work long shifts and extended hours as needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays
