About the role
Sargent Corporation is searching for CDL Drivers in the New Hampshire area, including Plymouth, Fremont, and New Hampton.
Responsibilities
- Operate a truck equipped with a dump body to transport and dump loose materials such as dirt, sand, gravel, crushed rock or landfill debris on site and over the road.
- Participate in the Employee Stock Ownership Program after 6 months.

Requirements
- Previous experience operating a truck equipped with a dump body to transport and dump loose materials.
- Driver's License.
- 1 year of construction experience preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills
- Knowledge of construction equipment and operations.
- Ability to operate a dump truck safely and efficiently.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
