Requirements

• Licensed & Experienced - Valid CDL (Class A or B) with a clean driving record and knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Customer-Focused - Friendly, professional, and respectful when interacting with clients.
• Reliable & Safety-Oriented - Committed to safe driving practices and daily vehicle inspections.
• Physically Capable - Able to load/unload materials and assist with deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma (or equivalent) is preferred, though a combination of education and experience that provides the necessary skills and knowledge for successful job performance will qualify.
• Must possess a valid Hawaii Class B or Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and be at least 21 years of age.
• A clean driving record is required, along with the ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Must be able to obtain a Medical Examiner’s Certificate and be registered with the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience operating Class B or A commercial vehicles and/or relevant training.
• Prior delivery experience in wholesale or warehouse environments is strongly preferred.
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience is beneficial but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Solid knowledge of commercial driving laws and regulations, including safety procedures and accident protocols.
• Ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule with flexibility for overtime as needed.
• Basic proficiency in English for reading, writing, and verbal communication.
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to group, sort, and sequence items effectively (e.g., by size, alphabetically, or numerically).

Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with opportunities for overtime.
