CDL Driver

About the role

Seal Pros is hiring for the summer season! We are looking for CDL Drivers to support our Asphalt teams. A valid CDL is required for this role. Benefits are completely free, and you still have coverage in the off season. Full time employment is an opportunity for high performers!

Job Responsibilities

• Operate straight end dumps, side dumps, low boys, and more.
• Transport aggregate, rubble, equipment, or other construction materials to and from jobsites.
• Position the truck to discharge the load as directed on the job site.
• Comply with all traffic rules and DOT regulations.
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections on all vehicles assigned to you.
• Assist with traffic control as needed.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and standards.
• Perform daily jobsite and equipment cleaning.
• Maintain accurate timecards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A valid driver's license is required.
• A valid CDL is required with preference given to candidates with a Class A.
• Must be able to drive a manual vehicle.
• Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
• Ability to work overtime including the occasional night or weekend.
• Some heavy lifting of over 50 pounds is required.
