CDL Driver

Martin Energy Group Services is a leader in power generation solutions, specializing in the design, manufacturing, and service of energy systems across the United States. We are growing and looking for a dependable CDL Driver to join our team and support operations at project sites nationwide.

Position Overview

We are seeking a safety-focused CDL Driver to transport equipment, materials, and tools to job sites and company facilities. The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, and committed to maintaining a safe driving record while representing Martin Energy Group Services with excellence.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial vehicles (flatbeds, box trucks, tractor-trailers) safely and efficiently
• Transport equipment and materials to job sites and facilities according to schedule
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete required documentation
• Follow all DOT, state, and federal regulations
• Ensure loads are properly secured
• Assist with loading and unloading as needed
• Maintain accurate logs, delivery records, and mileage reports
• Keep assigned truck clean, organized, and in good working condition
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and job site personnel
• Uphold all company safety policies and procedures

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A with no restrictions
• 1–3 years of commercial driving experience
• Clean MVR and ability to meet insurance requirements
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug/alcohol screening
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and load securement
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform manual tasks as needed
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Qualifications

Preferred Experience:

• Experience hauling oversized or specialized loads
• Forklift experience or certification
• Experience working on industrial or construction job sites
