About the role
We’re hiring CDL-A drivers for our Allentown, PA location. With growing customer needs and freight demands, we are committed to recruiting the best and safest talent in the transportation industry. We offer competitive pay and benefits, including being home most nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Deliver merchandise to customers and assist with scheduling, loading, and unloading of materials
- Comply with Irby and DOT safety rules and regulations
- Uphold the integrity of the branch team through exceptional service standards and efficiency
Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Commercial Driver’s License
- Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card and Clearinghouse consent
- Ability to reach, bend, and lift/push packages that weigh up to 50 lbs
Qualifications
Preferred: Three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
