CDL Driver

About the role
We’re hiring CDL-A drivers for our Des Moines, IA location. As a highly visible, field-focused role, you'll travel throughout the region to support business operations and customer needs. This position requires flexibility, including overnight travel and some evening and weekend work.
Responsibilities
- Deliver merchandise to customers and assist with scheduling, loading, and unloading of materials
- Comply with Irby and DOT safety rules and regulations
- Uphold the integrity of the branch team through exceptional service standards and efficiency
Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Commercial Driver’s License
- Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card and Clearinghouse consent
- Ability to reach, bend, and lift/push packages that weigh up to 50 lbs
Qualifications
Preferred: Three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
