Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate 18-wheel tractor-trailers (dry van and flatbed) for local deliveries between the warehouse, job sites, and vendors.
- Safely load, secure, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment in compliance with DOT regulations.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles and trailers.
- Cook with warehouse staff, project managers, and field teams to support material delivery schedules.
- Assist with occasional rigging, load tie-downs, and equipment handling as required.
Compliance
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, trip records, and inspection reports.
- Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and state/federal transportation laws.
What We're Looking For In You
- 10+ years of commercial driving experience, in various terrains – on road and off road. (preferably in construction, logistics, or material supply industries)
- 10+ years of experience hauling flatbeds and dry vans under varying load conditions, including active construction project sites.
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, weight limits, and cargo securement requirements.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
- Valid Class A CDL license required.
- Chauffer license preferred.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $33.39 - $50.08 per hour. The actual salary offer will vary by candidate based on a wide range of factors such as specific skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
