CDL Driver
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Remove boilerplate, navigation, EEO, etc. Keep substantive info.
Let's parse the posting:
- Intro about Gulfeagle Supply: description of company, mission, etc. That could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". The instruction says use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content.
We have:
- "Driver Competitive Sign-On Bonus Available and HOME EVERY NIGHT!" That's a benefit maybe.
- "Our drivers are responsible for safely driving the most efficient route to the job site, while observing and obeying all traffic laws and safety regulations as well as company policies/procedures. They assist in loading and/or securing materials on trucks daily and help unload materials by using crane, conveyor, piggybacks and/or by hand. Gulfeagle drivers are the face of our Company on the jobsite as they lead, instruct, and supervise others." That's responsibilities.
- Requirements list: many bullet points.
- Preferred: bullet list.
- Other Details: Pay based on experience; Competitive Benefits Package: list.
- Also mention "Driver Sign-On Bonuses" under Benefits.
- No explicit schedule mentioned besides "HOME EVERY NIGHT!" which implies schedule (home every night). Could be considered schedule info. But we need to only include Schedule section if posting actually states it. It says "HOME EVERY NIGHT!" which is a schedule detail. So we can include Schedule with that statement.
- Pay: "Pay based on experience" is vague but it's actual statement. Should we include Pay section? The instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. "Pay based on experience" is somewhat vague but it's a statement. It's not placeholder like "commensurate with experience"? Actually "commensurate with experience" is similar. The instruction says avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". So "Pay based on experience" might be considered filler. It's not a specific number or range. Might be considered placeholder. Safer to omit Pay section if it's just that phrase. However we could include it if we think it's substantive. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe omit Pay.
- Benefits: we have a list: 401(k) Retirement Plan including Employer Match, PTO & Paid Holidays, Health Insurance - Medical, Dental & Vision, Life, AD&D, Short & Long-Term Disability, Health & Wellness Programs, Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Accounts, Employee Discount Programs, Driver Sign-On Bonuses. That's substantive. So include Benefits.
- Schedule: "HOME EVERY NIGHT!" is a specific statement. Could include Schedule with that.
- About the role: we have introductory paragraph about company and mission. Could be About the role.
- Responsibilities: we have paragraph about duties.
- Requirements: list of requirements.
- Qualifications: maybe we could combine Requirements and Qualifications? The instruction says use headings for those sections if they have content. We have Requirements list; we could treat that as Requirements. Qualifications maybe not separate; we could omit Qualifications if no distinct content.
- Skills: we have "Strong communication skills (verbal and written)", "Ability to bend, reach, lift, and climb", etc. Those are more like requirements/skills. Could put under Skills or Requirements. But we already have Requirements heading; we could put all bullet points under Requirements. Skills maybe not needed.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Schedule.
Check if any other sections like Pay: we might omit.
Now need to format: About the role
