Responsibilities
- Must be able to operate a piggyback (TMFL Forklift).
- Safely operate company vehicles, including up to 26’ trucks, in compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
- Deliver materials to customer project sites on time, providing excellent customer service.
- Unload materials at delivery locations and verify deliveries against packing slips.
- Ensure deliveries are handled professionally and courteously, always representing the company positively.
- The ability to unload, protect, move, and stage materials as specified by customer directive.
- Adhere to all driving regulations based on state and/or jurisdiction policies, such as wearing a seatbelt.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements to maintain a safe working environment.
- Use proper lifting techniques and wear appropriate personal protective equipment, safety shoes, and clothing.
- Attend and participate in all required meetings related to material delivery and overall company operations.
- Attend and participate in all required company training programs, including additional training such as forklift and other specified equipment.

Requirements
- Possess a valid Class A CDL License.
- Minimum 1-year consistent commercial driving experience.
- Works well in a team environment.
- Basic understanding and knowledge of the operation of a forklift and other equipment.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent use of hands and arms for equipment operation, grasping, and manipulation.
- Frequent driving or sitting in a truck, forklift, or other similar equipment for multiple hours a day.
- Occasionally lift and/or move 80 lbs. and climb ladders carrying up to 50 lbs.
- Pushing and pulling carts loaded over various distances and surfaces. Some functions may be performed as a team.
- Must be able to learn how to operate a forklift and other company vehicles and must understand and be able to use miscellaneous tools and equipment, including but not limited to: dollies, flat carts, and rock carts.
- Additional physical requirements may be needed as duties are assigned.
Pay
Base pay: $26.00–$30.00 per hour. The listed pay range reflects the expected base rate for this position; actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and cost of living in the assigned market.
