CDL Driver

Houston lumber yard seeks a dependable, hard-working, and customer service-oriented team player to join the team. The ideal candidate should have:

• A friendly disposition towards customers and coworkers
• A solid work ethic

• The ability to take initiative and learn new tasks

Primary responsibilities include shop deliveries and job sites. Products consist of plywood and lumber materials. Essential duties include:

• Operating a rear mounted forklift (Moffett or Princeton)
• Strapping loads
• Unloading trucks

Requirements include:

• Experience or ability to be trained on a rear mounted forklift
• Knowledge of strapping loads
• Delivery experience in 24' to 28' flatbed
• A current, valid, unencumbered CDL driver's license with a clean driving record

Work schedule is Monday through Friday, home every night. Salary is commensurate with experience, with overtime and bonus opportunities available. Hourly rate, weekly pay.
