CDL DRIVER

Responsibilities

• Handle all local truckload deliveries; primarily drop and hook.
• Deliver and pick up trailers within 150 miles making about 2-3 routes per shift.
• Drive an automatic, 53’ truck/dry van for 10-12-hour shifts.

Requirements

• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years.
• Must be at least 23 years of age or older.
• Must Possess a valid license to operate a commercial motor vehicle.
• Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician.
• No record of being disqualified to drive.
• PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years - a higher score will be reviewed.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.

Qualifications

• Candidates with experience in logistics, warehouse, OTR, Over-the-Road, CDL Class A License, Truck and Trailer, preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently.

Monday - Friday, 300 PM - 100 AM

Pay

Hourly Pay $24.00/hr

Work Environment

• Ability to work in extreme conditions to include, but not limited to, elements, heat, cold, and air particulate.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, walk, turn, pivot, and sit in a vehicle cab for entire shifts of varying lengths in time.
• The noise level in the work environment depends on location.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required (eye protection, ear protection is mandatory at several locations, safety shoes).
