Responsibilities

- Oversee equipment inventory, scheduling, and maintenance to ensure availability and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with sales teams to promote equipment rental services and assist in closing deals.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and effective solutions.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in equipment operation and maintenance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in equipment management or customer service.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with equipment management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
