CDL (Concrete Pump) Driver/Operator

About the Role

Operate concrete pump trucks and transport materials for large reinforced concrete tanks, digesters, and agricultural infrastructure projects throughout Wisconsin and the Midwest.

Responsibilities

• Expertly operate and manage Schwing 46-meter concrete pump trucks during critical concrete placements.
• Coordinate seamlessly with foremen and crews to ensure efficient and safe concrete pouring operations.
• Perform thorough pump setup, cleanup, and routine maintenance, including lubrication and inspections.
• Safely transport a variety of construction equipment and materials to job sites using a semi-truck and trailer.
• Maintain an organized and efficient shop yard, managing equipment storage and material staging.
• Conduct basic equipment maintenance, ensuring our fleet is ready for upcoming projects.

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A License with Air Brake Endorsement.
• Prior experience operating concrete pump trucks.
• Skilled in safely operating a semi-truck and trailer.
• Experience operating construction or heavy equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Comfortable working effectively in outdoor construction environments.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive experience operating concrete pump trucks.
• Knowledge of diesel engines.
• Understanding of hydraulic systems.
• Experience with heavy equipment repair.
• Background in the construction industry.
• Experience transporting a wide range of construction equipment.

Pay

$32.00 – $40.00 per hour

Schedule

Monday to Friday, approximately 40–50 hours per week with occasional early starts and overtime.
